About The Owner:
Cisco's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was started by owner Cisco Gonzales in 1989, and since then he has serviced customers in the Metro New Orleans area with great enthusiasm, dependability, and with a guarantee of satisfaction. Cisco has worked in every facet of the heating and cooling industry over the past thirty plus years, and he works diligently to provide his clientele with quality service and products.
He currently holds the honor of being a Past President for the Louisiana Heat Pump Association, an achievement he and his whole family is very proud of.

How much is your service call fee?Our service call fee starts out at $95. This is for a diagnosis. If you choose us to fix what is wrong, we will waive it and apply it to your bill.

Do you offer yearly maintenance?Yes! We have an Energy Maintenance Plan. It is a two part service that happens in the Spring/Summer and again in the Fall/Winter. The starting price is $195 per system.

Where do I register my system for Extended Warranty?We install comfortmaker products. We are willing to install others by request or price. You can register your comfortmaker equipment at https://www.comfortmaker.com/en/us/product-registration-warranty/ You have 90 days to register your equipment.

How often should I change my filter?The simple answer is 2-3 months. However, if you have a pet that sheds often, you may want to consider checking and changing it most frequently.

How do I change the batteries in the thermostat?Depending on the thermostat. Most thermostats, the owner should pull the thermostat off of the wall and the batteries are located in the back of the thermostat. However, some thermostats have a battery compartment in the front bottom that you flip open and replace the batteries. Type of batteries differ. Most are Double A or Triple A.
