Technicians and Installation Mechanics have been servicing the Heating
and Air Conditioning Industry for many years and are highly qualified
Cisco's your comfort is number one, and that is why all of our Technicians
and Mechanics receive training on an annual basis. This extensive
training is not required, but we want our staff to remain "up-to-date"
on any new aspects that may have developed in the servicing and
installation of your heating or cooling equipment. As you already
know, "Knowledge is Power", and we want our Technicians
and Mechanics to have the power to solve your heating and cooling
problems quickly and effectively.
office staff is very courteous and is available between the hours
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. All calls made to Cisco's
before or after regular office hours are answered by a LIVE 24 Hour
Answering Service. The answering service handles calls politely
and efficiently. We receive our messages by way of an alpha numeric
paging system, which allows our staff to receive messages quickly
and accurately saving both you and us valuable time.
